Scope

These terms apply to recurring software subscriptions, paid feature packs, HubQuery Ads campaign wallets or prepaid balances, optional credits or trials (including HubBank-style credits where offered), and other digital services billed by HubQuery or its payment partners. They supplement the Payment Terms and Terms of Service.

Plans, renewals, and billing

Subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown at checkout or in your Billing area unless you cancel or downgrade before the renewal time defined for that product. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your saved payment method. Failed charges may result in retries, grace periods, or immediate loss of premium features depending on the product.

Price and feature changes

We may change fees, included usage limits, or features with reasonable advance notice where required by law or by posting updated pricing in the product. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel the affected subscription before renewal.

Cancellation and refunds of subscription fees

Unless a mandatory consumer law grants a longer right of withdrawal, fees for periods already started are generally non-refundable. Unused prepaid ad balances or credits may be governed by the Advertising Policy, campaign rules, or in-product disclosures. Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to suspension of services and recovery of costs where permitted.

HubQuery Ads and campaign wallets

Ads may run on a prepaid wallet, card holds, or invoicing as offered in your market. Spend is subject to inventory, auction dynamics, fraud checks, and daily caps you configure. We may pause campaigns that violate the Advertising Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, or law. Creative and landing pages are your responsibility.

Trials, coupons, and promotional credits

Trials and promotional credits may expire, be limited to one per person or organisation, and be revoked if we detect abuse, resale, or circumvention. Credits are not cash unless expressly stated and may be forfeited on account closure.

Suspension and abuse

We may suspend or terminate digital services for non-payment, chargebacks, suspected fraud, security risk, or breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy. You remain liable for amounts legitimately incurred before suspension.

Electronic communications and records

You consent to receive billing, renewal, security, and product notices electronically at the email or in-app channels associated with your account. Records of transactions and subscription changes may be stored and displayed in your dashboard for compliance and dispute resolution.

Mobile App Subscriptions

HubQuery subscription plans can be purchased directly within the HubQuery mobile app. When you subscribe through the mobile app, payment is processed via Paystack (Nigeria) or Stripe (international). Your subscription is linked to your HubQuery account and is accessible on both the mobile app and the web platform. Mobile subscription purchases are subject to the same billing terms, cancellation policy, and refund policy described in these Terms.

HubFinder Featured Placement

HubFinder Featured is a paid add-on that gives eligible agents and agencies priority placement at the top of the HubFinder agent directory on web and mobile. Featured status is activated immediately upon successful payment. Featured placements are offered on rolling monthly terms and expire at the end of the purchased period. Renewal notices are sent before expiry.

HubFinder Featured placement does not guarantee a specific number of leads, clicks, or profile views. HubQuery does not offer refunds for Featured placement fees unless otherwise required by law.

HubBank Credits

HubBank credits are virtual credits that can be used to offset the cost of eligible HubQuery subscription plans, service fees, and add-ons including HubFinder Featured placement. Credits are earned through referrals, promotional campaigns, and other HubQuery incentive programmes.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Credits expire as specified at the time they are granted. Expired credits are forfeited.
• Available credits are automatically applied to reduce the payable amount before your payment method is charged.
• HubQuery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the HubBank credits programme at any time with reasonable notice.
