Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules for using HubQuery's platform, websites, and services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using HubQuery, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
2. Permitted Use
You may use HubQuery only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service. Permitted uses include:
- Searching for and viewing property listings
- Creating and managing an account and profile
- Posting property listings if you are a host, agent, or developer (in compliance with our policies)
- Contacting agents, hosts, or service providers through the platform
- Making bookings, payments, or inquiries where the platform supports them
- Using HubMarket, HubFinder, Service Pros, and other features as intended
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use HubQuery to:
Illegal and Harmful Activity
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or identity theft
- Facilitate or promote illegal transactions
Deceptive and Abusive Behavior
- Create fake or misleading accounts, listings, or reviews
- Impersonate another person, business, or HubQuery
- Provide false or misleading information about properties, prices, or availability
- Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Post defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content
Platform abuse and automation
- Scrape, harvest, or automate collection of listings, profiles, or contact data without our written permission
- Use bots or scripted access to bulk-download content, bypass masked contacts, or evade reveal limits
- Circumvent or probe rate limits, IP controls, verification steps, or other protections we employ
- Overload or disrupt our infrastructure or services (including denial-of-service style activity)
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
Permitted access: Normal use through our websites and official apps, and integrations we expressly authorize in writing, are permitted. We may block traffic that appears automated or abusive without prior notice.
4. Content and Listings
You are responsible for all content you post. Listings must be accurate and you must have the right to list the property or offer the service. HubQuery may remove or reject any content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we deem appropriate, including warnings, content removal, account suspension or termination, IP or device blocks, reporting to authorities, or legal remedies. Technical enforcement (e.g. rate limits, blocks) may apply even before manual review. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so.
6. Changes and Contact
