AI & Automated Features Supplement

1. Scope and relationship to other policies
This supplement describes automated and AI-assisted features on HubQuery (website and mobile app). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything conflicts, the Terms and Privacy Policy control unless we state otherwise for a specific feature.
2. Features that use automation
Depending on your market and account, HubQuery may use software to:
- Rank and order search results, listings, HubMarket entries, and HubFinder profiles.
- Suggest properties, agents, or services based on your activity, saved searches, or similar users.
- Power optional AI chat or search assistants in Help or support flows.
- Send transactional and product notifications (bookings, payments, lease actions, messages).
- Detect fraud, spam, or policy violations before human review.
These tools are designed to improve discovery and safety. They do not replace professional advice (legal, financial, tax, or property).
3. Data used for automation
Automated features may use information described in our Privacy Policy, including account details, listing content, search queries, device and log data, and interaction history. We do not sell your personal data. Where we use third-party AI or analytics providers, they process data under our instructions and agreements.
You can manage some inputs (for example notification preferences, saved searches, and profile accuracy) in Dashboard → Settings.
4. Accuracy and limitations
AI-generated or ranked content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify prices, availability, legal status, and identity before you commit to a transaction. HubQuery is not liable for decisions you make based solely on automated suggestions.
5. Your choices
- Turn off non-essential marketing notifications in Settings where offered.
- Contact support if you believe ranking or recommendations are unfair or incorrect.
- Request access or correction of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update automated features and this supplement. Material changes will be reflected in the Legal Center and, where required, notified to you. Privacy Policy.
