Marketplace & Listings Platform Supplement

These documents are legally binding. Governing law and jurisdiction may vary by your location and are set out in each policy (e.g. Terms of Service, Privacy Policy).
Purpose of this supplement
This supplement adds detail to the HubQuery Terms of Service and Disclaimer for property listings, directories, lead marketplaces, and related discovery features. If anything conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific product.
HubQuery is a technology and marketing intermediary
HubQuery provides software, hosting, payments infrastructure where enabled, identity tools, and discovery surfaces. Except where we expressly act as a disclosed payment agent for a specific flow, we are not the seller, landlord, tenant, agent of record, broker, lender, insurer, or legal adviser in your transaction. You contract directly with other members (for example a buyer with a seller, a guest with a host, a renter with a landlord, or a consumer with a professional). You are responsible for performing due diligence, verifying identities and licences where relevant, inspecting properties, and complying with applicable laws including fair housing, anti-discrimination, agency licensing, marketing rules, and tax reporting.
Listings, HubFinder, and accuracy
Listers and professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of descriptions, photos, maps, pricing, availability, and regulatory disclosures. HubQuery may moderate, rank, label, verify using third-party or manual checks, or remove content that violates our policies or law, but we do not warrant that listings are current, error-free, or fit for any purpose. Featured, boosted, or higher-ranked placement is a paid or algorithmic ordering service and does not constitute an endorsement of quality or legality.
HubMarket (leads) versus Service Pros (bookable work)
HubMarket is primarily a leads and directory marketplace for certain professional categories (for example construction, finance, architecture, moving). Contact may be masked or revealed according to product rules and your subscription. Service Pros and similar flows may offer bookable repair, maintenance, or domestic services with quotes, scheduling, and escrow-style release rules described in product screens and separate terms where posted. You must not misrepresent your category, circumvent contact rules, or use one product to evade fees or obligations of another.
Developers, off-plan, and investments
Project pages, payment schedules, brochures, and buyer updates are supplied by developers or their agents. HubQuery does not guarantee completion timelines, title, regulatory approvals, or investment performance. Marketing of securities or collective investment schemes may be restricted or prohibited; you must comply with the law in each jurisdiction. Nothing on the platform is investment, tax, or legal advice.
Taxes, pricing display, and cross-border use
Tax treatment of platform fees, shortlets, rents, or services depends on your role and local law. Where the product shows tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive amounts, follow the on-screen disclosure. If you access HubQuery from outside the primary hub for your account, you remain responsible for compliance in your location and ours.
Incorporation by reference
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Payment Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Account & Verification Policy, Advertising Policy where applicable, and product-specific agreements (for example Host Agreement, Agency Agreement, HubMarket & Service Provider Terms) are incorporated by reference and apply together with this supplement.
